Minimum rental period: 1 year.
Rent: USD 1,000/month.
Building charges: USD 180/month, payable by the tenant.
Conditions:
6 months’ rent payable in advance.
1 additional month payable as security deposit.
In case of early termination before the end of the agreed period, the security deposit will be retained, in addition to an extra penalty equivalent to 1 month’s rent.
